Industrial Maintenance Technician – All Experience Levels

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at our investment casting foundry. We are open to hiring someone with industrial maintenance experience or someone with strong mechanical skills who is willing to learn. You will work with our maintenance team to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. This is a hands-on job with different challenges every day. The right candidate enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and fixing things. We want someone who takes pride in their work, is not afraid to get dirty, and wants to build a long-term career in industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Complete preventive maintenance to help prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Use a computerized maintenance system to track work orders and repairs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely.
• Assist with welding, fabrication, and equipment installation.
• Read and follow equipment manuals, drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Help identify problems and find ways to improve equipment reliability.
• Work with other maintenance technicians and outside contractors when needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability and a willingness to learn are required.
• Experience repairing machinery, vehicles, or other mechanical equipment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems is a plus.
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
• Must be comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
• Must be able to work safely around industrial equipment and at heights when required.

Industrial maintenance experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has strong mechanical skills and a good work ethic.

Work Location: In person

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
